Thanks for the suggestions ❤ I think the main reason I'm tired is the calorie cut I am making. I had no idea how much I was eating before.

I found out I was tired due to an iron and vitamin d deficiency, so don't rule those out if you just can't get your energy back. Otherwise, if it's the calorie cut hopefully you'll get used to it and start feeling better once you've adjusted and the cravings won't be so bad.

Peanut butter! How have I not even thought to add that to what I eat? Thank you.
Iron and vitamin D would probably be good to increase in my intake. But I'll have to see which foods are the best for that. Thanks
