Lower carb working in conjunction with higher good fats intake. using the 16:8 fasting method which is simple to do. I eat between 8:30am to 4:30pm everyday and have lost a couple of kgs in a week.
262.4 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
