Lord have mercy. I just ate a whole days calories for a snack. oh well. I start each day as new so tomorrow I will not do that.
192.5 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sure start next day, i can eat anything but I control the portion and total calories. I use mostly salads and fruit and vegetables check my diet entry. If you want quick result avoid fast food and fried. Also salad with no dressing. . Breaking rule once a while is ok . But with limits otherwise you work whole week for free watch for oil and dressing dont starve for a week and waste it in one day.

4 slices of papa John's Pizza. Mostly I make good choices but the kids wanted pizza so I joined them. I always start each day fresh

I used to eat 5 large slices of pizza out of 8 . Now my cheat day would be only 2. Papa johns pizza usually small size it is not too much but problem comes from French fries burgers and dressing any kind those are killers

Totally understand. I'm having split peas with polish sausage and onions with boiled carrots for dinner today. And yogurt and chia for snack later

Yep! Consumed over a bit myself yesterday. So you know what? No breakfast this morning for me! Figured I’d let those extra calories just burn themselves off this morning before taking more in. Nothing but driving and coffee before 130pm today. Then, smaller lunch of Kale n Chicken. Easy Peasy! 🤗

We can all relate to that! It’s the late night eating that gets me - good all day and then, wham, those snacks ruin it! Hard to change a many-year pattern, but we’ll succeed!
