I love sweet pizza steak shrimp all of that with no control that put me in risk my sugar level became 124 I kept hearing you are in border for years but never adjust or know what to do until I put time to read about what is a balanced meal what should or I shouldn't eat simply I changed everything around. No sodaif I ever do once a month or a week I used to drink it instead of water before. No processed food I still love pizza but I cut down if I ever go once every month or 2 weeks in my cheat day 2 large slices that's all No fried food and no oil as much as possible no Burger King mostly tuna and sardine and grill chicken grill meat fruit and vegetables no bread or if any I used wholewheat pita max one it works so far I can see great result I am so greatful to this site to help me keep my record I used to to do that manually before and daily.
I eat everything but I am in control how much I should and I know when to stop and not to go crazy by keeping track
I hope this help anyone who read it . Just focus on goal and you will get it it is not hard just change of life style.I don't excersise no time but I mange to get good result good luck
