so at this point I'm just happy to be back this low...even if i stayed here that would be ok. good grief that was a lot of water weight!!! oh boy did i feel every pound.
218.2 lb Lost so far: 54.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
