I've finally been able to completely resist fresh homemade bread!
103.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

How'd you do it? It's such a struggle for me. It would sure help if my husband wouldn't bring things like bread into the house.

I eat dinner early, then I don't eat anything at all for the rest of the day. So I knew I had no reason to eat the bread, but I still had to avoid the kitchen. Also, I kept a water bottle and drank 8 oz whenever I felt like getting up to get some of the bread.
