Having a good run, almost there has been an interesting 6 months. Will see how hard I can push myself over the next few weeks. I am starting cardio tomorrow definitely. Not a fan of fat burners but I will look into them maybe get in a few more grams weight-loss but from what I have seen with myself they are not necessary in my humble opinion it all has to do with diet and lifestyle.
218.3 lb Lost so far: 121.5 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
