1 1/2 LBS WRONG DIRECTION!
still something in my routine isn't right and needs to be eliminated.
Ok, time to re-re-evaluate what I'm doing.

I think it's little things I'm missing (like forgetting to peel off the skin from the rotisserie chicken, even if it's 'bare'<no salty seasoning> )
236.0 lb Lost so far: 8.7 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.8 lb a week

hey…. I eat that skin if it is crispy... and enjoy every bite.. and it is the skin that helps us not get hungry., my bacon, and things like that......Bullet proof coffee is a delight.. don't want to eat for hours...……….hope you are doing better from your medical things.... have a great weekend
