This week has been amazingly hard to get any work outs in. Between getting my oldest ready to leave the country and then losing a good friend to cancer, I just haven't had the energy or time to get anything substantial in. BUT, I am happy to report that I haven't been grief eating, although, her funeral is today, so that could change because now, it will be real and I have to face it. So we will see what tomorrow holds.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
