Ga kuat, pengen ngemil mulu. Mau red day mungkin ya? Tapi bagusnya sekarang mah naiknya ga sampai 3 kilo. Naiknya sekilo aja hehehe... Udah stabil di 61-62 kg berarti (dari 67-68 kg per 1 April).
137.6 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
