Foxanne does weight workouts lead to water retention? I am always trying to figure out how after a tough 60-90 mins there is usually very little change in the scales for me... hmm.

For straight up fat, I love to eat green olives. Also, peanut butter has 17g fat and 8g protein for only 3 net carbs per serving. I love peanut butter...

For a creamy fix, I put coconut oil in my coffee with almond milk. Almost zero carbs and so satisfying. Use decaf if you want and stevia.

The MCT Oil I'm using has 14 Grams of fat per Tablespoon. Ham & Cheddar Egg muffins - 9.4 Fat, 15.49 protein http://www.fatsecret.com/Diary.aspx?pa=fjrd&eid=4153074928&dt=17705 Also check Pinterest for fat bombs - tons of good ones there. I've made some that are like cheesecake, some like popsicles, some like chocolate bars!

For Protein, just eat bacon for breakfast, chicken or steak for dinner, done!.
For Fat, Look up Cheesecake fat bombs - the ones from healclinic's site (which were taken from another site) are super super good. I modified the recipe too, I use 1 TSB vanilla instead of 2 TSP. :)
