After last night's dinner I had a bit of an upset gassy stomach. The addition of broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms and goat cheese were all new to the salad. I took a Phazyme and a Pepto Bismol and had a good sleep. Went to whole foods and had fun looking at the healthy options. Watched some Diet Documentaries and know there is hope.
To Quote a Favourite - Do or Do Not, there is No Try.
