4.5 last weel, 1/2 this week...not impressive but I'l take it after a loss is a loss no matter how much.

I miss see the 206# on the scale, to think I wanted to see if I could at least poke my nose under the 200# mark...being 6'5" THAT would of made my really look straw/beanpole/spaghetti (of manghetti?) like. I hope to at least get back to the 215# range, that seems to be the point where I felt my best. Every time I gain, I feel lethargic and above 225# I get occasional shots of acid re-flux,gak!

Looking like I need to find a new shooting/hang out buddy, neighbor closed on a place in susanville (3 hours away) for his daughter and is going to move up there...jeez, you know how many resume I have to look at!? the interviews!? the "break-in" period? for the replacement?

I told him, I'd replace him in a heartbeat if a lady that's compatible with yours truly came on the scene...

after all when they made me they broke the mold...or was it when they made me they USED a broken mold?

Memorial day week end attempt at backpacking (short shakedown of gear and myself) WAS A DISASTER! all the access locations I mapped out WHERE GATED AND CLOSED! could not get anywhere except herded into overcrowded developed camp grounds...geez, I'd have more privacy and space STAYING HOME!

Next will be an attempt with the bicycle up to a campground on the river about a dozen miles from here for an overnight-er and some fishing (shakedown for my bike mods to see what works for me) THAT'S NOT ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND AND WILL BE IN THE MID-WEEK I think.

I really don't want to keep doing stuff alone, as a fat guy I was always alone (and the depression and physical pan (remember all my injuries?) and stress from trying to care for my parents just made things worse)but it looks like I'm still alone (even at work)but I'll be damned in the deepest pit of HELL if I'll fall back into being that old jerry again...If I have to STARVE MYSELF, eat a tape worm, give myself dysentery...NEVER AGAIN
234.5 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
