Walked twice as far today than I did yesterday. A mile. Braved biting flies, black bear sightings, and oppressive heat and humidity. Wore my hat, sunscreen, bug spray. Going to add a half mile every other day. Goals!
169.0 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
