Alright, time to admit defeat. I have eaten horribly for two weeks and it shows on the scale. It's amazing how hard it is to take off and how easy it is to put it on! After Easter I am going back to phase 1. Not fun, but necessary at this point.

Never, never, never Give Up....! I, too, am amazed at just how quickly the weight can add back on....I had a night out last week, ate ALL the wrong things, struggled a bit the next day with *mindless munching* and have worked REALLY hard to get my scales back DOWN to where they were BEFORE my night out....You CAN do it darlin....huggies
