I am not going to step on the scale today. I feel good after eating so clean all week and I don't want to be disappointed if I haven't dropped a significant amount. I have worked out hard every day and besides feeding my chocolate cravings with a "treat" NOT a "cheat" yesterday,I am doing okay. A little worried about how to handle a pizza dinner at my moms tonight. I will have to think about that...

Day 4 of truly "clean eating" It feels good, but I am starting to want a "treat." I am reminded today that I am "fearfully & wonderfully" made by God. He sees me as wonderful and I DESERVE to eat healthy food for my body. I have His power inside me to turn away from the junk and turn to the fuel. Here's to another day that He has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it!!
