So today I’m starting a low carb... I’m at 71g and it’s just now 1pm 🤣. Need to get new creamer!
187.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just use heavy whipping cream! Read the label, though - some have hidden carbs.

I try to not go over 40g of carbs, usually 35. It's just too much food for me once the macros are figured up.

river all heavy cream has carbs they just don't put it on there because it's just shy of 1 carb per serving  
If I can do it, I know that you can do it, too, Puglove26! Starting LCHF required a major mental adjustment for me after years of "Fat Fear." I tried to start in May, but my average total carbs were over 85g. I resolved to have keto foods on hand, PLAN every day's meals the night before, and COMMIT to my plan. My daily average so far this month is only 35g, and my net carbs are under 20g for the last six days.
