Back from 5 weeks travelling in China and amazed to be 6 lbs lighter. Ate like a horse the entire time but also walked a lot. A good kickstart to continued weight loss.
292.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
