I think I'm learning how this Keto works, but so far only one pound lost, and my 3rd week weigh in shows me gaining .4! I haven't been hungry, my energy level is beginning to increase, my clothes do seem looser, I've managed one day on exercise bike (30 min.) I can now tolerate Keto coffee and look forward to it. I found out I can do intermittent fasting. My BS has been up and down, but generally trending down. My goal for the next week: keep on Keto-ing, don't get discouraged, add more exercise, try to lower morning BS below 150.

Husband wanted to go out to eat catfish. I declined the french fries and had 3 small breaded fillets and coleslaw. I took my own keto ranch dressing along to eat instead of unknown tartar sauce. Still threw me off on number of calories consumed. BUT, it was delicious! I enjoyed it! Tomorrow I'll begin anew!

Serendipity at the restaurant: husband's nephew, wife, and daughter were playing music to entertain. As it happened, all of nephew's brothers except one, and nephew's family were there enjoying music. Felt like a family reunion!
184.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 39.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
