Feeling very motivated. I’m not going to go back. 12 weeks until the wedding and still 8kgs to lose! Need to stay focused, stay free and be strong. I can do this, one good decision at a time. I’m not touching processed flour, sugar or alcohol and I’m feeling great. No bloating or anything. ☀️ just need to find the motivation to gym, I was supposed to start this week but haven’t yet.
160.1 lb Lost so far: 14.1 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Try intermittent fasting. 8k in 12 weeks is totally doable

Step into that gym even if you do a few reps on the weight circuit or 10min on treadmill. You'll be sooooo proud of yourself for starting and the results you'll gain. Or by a kettlebell for home then get on youtube for some awesome tips.

just one thing avoid the scale for a few weeks because you'll probably pack on some water weight
