I'd love to have one of those Water%, Fat% and Muscle% scales to see what moves. Will probably order one today.

They've been tested and are fundamentally unreliable, but that doesn't stop me from using mine. I only check my fat & muscle %'s monthly and it does show improvements. *For heavy bottom women (bum & thighs), the fancy body % scales over estimate fat percentage!

I should have said "inaccurate" not "unreliable." Please don't let my 2¢ stop you from getting one, but know that there is a margin of error +/- with them.

I found my on Amazon. Pretty cheap https://www.amazon.com/GoWISE-USA-Digital-Body-Scale/dp/B00CZPWUV0/ref=sr_1_14?ie=UTF8&qid=1528753314&sr=8-14&keywords=body+fat+scales+digital+weight

Thank for advice. See body fat percentage shown is inaccurate compared to a scan. For personal progress, these scales can be of value. See Omron is most popular in Japan, but Tanita is the original. Still try to figure out what to choose. Feel afraid to get one with inconsistent readings.
