I'm careful..I work out...I don't over eat...I'm putting weight on. THIS SUCKS!!!!

I knew it would harder to take the weight off this time, but come on.
194.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
