Still up. I guess eating 1100 calories then jumping up to 1500 for 4 days has probably caused my body to hold on to it? Or, should I look at the other categories. Perhaps too much sugar, too many carbs. So, here I go Again! Get to it! I’m definitely going to get rid of these 4 pounds this week! 😎 don’t get mad, get skinny!
