Was a good day......... Saturday is SUPER clean day at our house and I spent the day cleaning out closets and cupboards. I got a lot done and arranged. A birthday swim party in the evening topped off the day. That's where I got my hands on macaroni and cheese. But I skipped the soda and cake so it was ok.
208.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 58.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
