No way!! I was on vacation all week. Only worked out once. But busy around the house. I guess my better food choices are paying off. Seems like I just don’t crave the junk anymore.
182.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
