I have to be very happy this week. I traveled 4 days for work. I ate pizza, salads, queso cheese and chips. I balance my salads with bad food and portion control. Still stuck to the 18:8 IF.
185.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks. Well some days feel like 26 hours. The longer I see progress and walking through airports seeing all the fast food it’s so easy to keep walking. All about choices.
