Losing weight rapidly. 2 things I have changed with the second being funny. 1. I have reduced my carbs to increase Keto. 2. for last 3 days I have been showering with normal to hot water and then last 30 seconds to a minute I turn on the cold water. Allegedly supposed to do something. Looking at the results not sure if 2 is working but I know 1 is. I am also now trying to eat as early as physically possible to get that metabolism firing and recovery to my muscles.
233.9 lb Lost so far: 105.8 lb.    Still to go: 42.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
