I stayed the same! I’m happy because I’ve been up and down for a week. In the end it’s what you kept off for the week ! 8 ore days until “the visit “. I love my mom but I secretly think she is Jewish because of her constant nagging about how much happier I would be if I was married. Does she really think she needs more grandkids great grand kids and yes even great great grandkids. My stress level is going to sky rocket as the day approaches. I will be good! Just smile and say yes mother. She is old, she needs something to go back to the retirement community to gossip about. I’ve planned incredible and healthy meals! But alas no husband and no grandchildren 😂
217.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
