Ok Everyone, I’m wondering if there are any athletes i.e. boxers, wrestlers, mma, Jiu-jitsu athletes, that are on this app, and trying and/or have knowledge about a ketogenic diet... I’m on week 4, I started at 205, dropped 13 lbs in 2 weeks, but stayed put this last week... I’m trying to get my weight down to 180lbs.... my breakdown is usually 73% Fats, 21% proteins, and 6% carbs or less daily, I’m also burning between 3000-4000 calories a day. Any real data is appreciated.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Lifter here. Are you tracking all your intake? If so, I cannot see it. If not, you may want to track everything you consume for the next 10 days. That should tell you what you need to know.
