I weigh daily and have recognized some of my trends. This uptick in the scale heralds the near arrival of a monthly visitor. Fortunately, it also means I'm gearing up for a lovely whoosh. KCKO!!

248.8 lb Lost so far: 78.2 lb.    Still to go: 63.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
