It has been a good day. I was a little hungrier but I had a cup of coffee
to hold me over. I just want to stay under 1500 calories. I would like to get back to 1300 calories daily. I am going to the doctor next Friday. I know it has only been two weeks, but I can at least see what progress I have made. I also want to see my bp, it was high last time. Now, if I can stay away from food the rest of the night. I am going to have to stay busy or sleep. lol Good luck everyone!

If i start to feel hungry before I'm ready to eat, i drink water. Sometimes when we think we are hungry were actually thirsty. Plus it fills up my stomach for a bit.

I started getting hungry tonight and I know this is normal. Besides drinking water and coffee I come on here and post. This also helps me not to give into temptation!
