I have lost 9lbs, but I wanted to add I know most of it was water. It still feels good to lose water. lol I am sure it will balance out. I hope I can lose 2 lbs of something tomorrow.lol I have not been sleeping well but that goes along with me dieting. Anytime I cut out starches, sugar and bad carbs I am wide awake. This should balance out by the end of the week, also.
