Yeah....lost 3.5lbs....mostly water I'm sure.....yesterday was hard...i was hungry most of the morning...and went to bed feeling hungry.

Judah's B-day party...last night...had a salad w/chicken with dressing I shouldn't have had...but did.

Woke up with a horrible headache...decided to do coffee...with the limit of half and half....feel better.
173.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 38.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
