2nd day and I made the banana zucchini carrot muffins last night and can't wait to hv one for my snack. everyone says there delish even the kids liked them yea!!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
