Happy with weight loss. My Ketones measured 0.1 mmol/L last night and 0.2 mmol/L this morning which is not good at all. Means I am in danger of going out of Ketosis. Need to reaccess diet, exercise and sleep
240.5 lb Lost so far: 99.2 lb.    Still to go: 48.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
