Had my expected weight gain from vacation. Good thing I only do this once a year. My real problem was staying up past my normal bedtime. I consumed 50% of all calories after 9:00pm and I normally go to bed at 9:00pm.

Anyway, I plan to do a 5 day liquid only fast from Monday-Friday. I then want to do a 14 day fast the following week.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 9.1 lb a week

@MillaLite - It was to hard t stick to OMAD when our large group of friends was on a 7:00am-2:00am "party" schedule. So I found myself eating French Fries at midnight because my choice was to either sleep or eat. Once my body gets on that high-low blood sugar roller coaster I'm done :( even while I was eating basically out of control I missed fasting because I felt better. But, it is only the 3rd day+ of water only that I hit that zone of no hunger and max energy. So my planned 5 day fast (liquid only for 2 days then water only for 2 1/2 days) is only to get myself ready for a longer one. Even when I hit my goal weight, I plan to still do 5 day fasts regularly.

@MillaLite - You are my inspiration for consistency :) You have had Incredible progress since February! But yeah, going liquid only helps me get my calories down and to get used to not eating solid food. My blood sugar is still high. My "true Fast" only starts the morning of water only. So this coming week that is planned to be only 2 1/2 days. Now, honestly there is no reason I could not go 20+ days (I have 25+ pounds of fat to lose). I only want to break it up because my wife and I have social events around eating on the weekends. I know you may have already seen this, but this is my "Fasting Bible": Fuel Metabolism in Prolonged Fasting – What Happens when You Stop Eating https://bit.ly/2GRAK9k
