Exercise GYM workout is pretty much the same. 1. Walking for an hour at lunch 3 miles 2. Elliptical 1 hour 3. Walking at 4 MPH on threadmill 4. Elliptical 1 hour
Rested completely on Saturday 3/8/08.
Waist is at 34", still need to go 4 inches down to fit my clothes.
Medium/Large shirts looks nice... need to fit comfortably in Medium.
