So my physical said I am perfectly healthy which means I need to stop eating so damn much! I cut carbs and I hate it. I crave them but I have lost a few pounds and I realized I can survive with eating one toast instead of two. Maybe I will go over that wall I hit two years ago and see the numbers move past 170. I love this app. Real people like me. Today is upper body and I will push myself past my comfort.
