Good workout this morning. 45 minutes on the elliptical -- 600 calories burned. Also put up a fence post which ended up being a lot of work. Followed diet today fairly well. Yesterday was a slip on the diet. Had a business lunch at a mexican restaurnat. Ate too many chips.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 10.5 lb a week
