Did my weights workout this morning. Nothing unusual. I played a bit of tennis over the weekend and I loved it. I'd like to get back into playing tennis, but my right elbow hurts quite a bit when I serve. I've considered learning to serve left-handed, but that's a really long and discouraging process. Gotta look for some other solutions.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe with more weight loss and exercise your elbow will get better, i can't imagine doing that with my left hand, that would be scarey! Take care, hope you have a great day! Best wishes for more success.

I have ALWAYS wanted to play tennis. Even as a small child, but never don't. Not sure why. I still tell my husband that everytime we see people playing. Maybe one day I will start. Good job on the weight loss.
