Was not hungry yesterday or the day before so did some intermittent fasting. Seems to be working well. Was finally hungry this morning and really enjoyed my breakfast of nuts, berries, and seeds.
214.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
