Went up a lb., and you know what? I don't care. That's just water weight because I ate French fries with salt. It's no big deal. It'll be gone tomorrow.
128.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
