Feeling worried and frustrated. My weight went up this week but I don't think I have been eating anything unusual or harmful. Not sure if this is a a metabolic thing - getting older, not lifting weights or running as much- or if I'm being delusional about how much I'm eating. It has felt nearly impossible to consistently weigh and measure my food since I got married and moved to Germany. Trying to use both US & metric measurement differences keeps me feeling vague about how much exactly I am and should be consuming. Vagueness has never been my friend with food or money.
*Sigh* Sounds like a change is in order but I'm not clear (hello, vagueness!) on what exactly to do.

I didn't know what to do either but I got a trainer and just got started lifting weights. I go through phases about what I am eating or not eating. I know for sure that measuring is the most important step. Lately I have been trying to eat the same thing for breakfast so at least I start the day consistently. Good luck, you have done it before, you will do it again?
