Okay I put that I'm following the Induction Phase "Poorly". Why? Because I only hit my target twice that is to say between 20-25 grams of carb per day. I noticed that I need to watch my carb counts and where my carbs are coming from more carefully. I'm going to review my meals this weekend and see what I did on the days I hit my target. This sight with it's tracking features has realy been an eye opener. But I feel good. I have energy. I have not had any wild cravings. My blood pressure has been normal. All goog reasons to keep going. My weight is important but for me right now my most important numbers are my blood pressure and my cholesterol levels.
