Went to Planet Fitness today. I'm going to join next week on line. I will then make up a schedule.I felt relly good about the clubs atmosphere. I need to get some gym shoes, order my MP3 and then get started. EXCITED!!!
I've been told that you can't update your journal entry soon after another so I'm copying my new entry here.

Okay. I joined this site this week after restarting Atkins for the third time. I looked at some of the other posted food journals. On my first week I lost 3lbs. Week 2, 1lb. Week 3 I gained 3lbs. I think I pretty much know why. Looking at the food diary of some of you on here shows me that I have some adjustments to make. I no longer want my fat to be a secret so I'm putting it out there for you all to examine, compare and comment on. This is an AWESOME SIGHT!

Yes I'm very motivated. This time it's more for my health and not so much to fit in a pair of jeans. I'm feeling great.
