It sucks. I am a junk food person. The fattening the better. For a while I was a vegetarian, and I was thin for many many years. Then after an accident and taking many meds, I gained 100 pounds. I got healthy, very healthy thank god so decided to embrace the new fat me. That was 15 years ago. But I am fed up. I hate how big I am, how difficult is to shop for clothes especially pants and jeans. I am tired of the double chin and if weighting almost 300 pounds. So my intellect tells me, then change all that. Only you Damaris can do it only you can do this weight loss trip yourself, all alone. Yup.thats right. Depressing. But the good news is just temporary. You understand this? One day just like that the loneliness will be over, the 65 pounds off your body, new appearance, new habits, new thoughts, and voila, magically it is all over. Understand? Do you understand, Damaris?easy ,simple, clear as water, bright as the... Sun. Happy summer, you on a diet person.

Keep in mind, its not a diet... diets are temporary things. Its a change of life habits. You are right, only you can do that... and that last part is the key. YOU CAN DO THAT! One step at a time.. One decision at a time.. One day at a time.. YOU CAN DO THAT. You can reach your goal.
