Well I'm back down into the 180s again. Hopefully I can really stay there this time. I have found exercising to be a little challenging, because of a busy week. But when I've been going out to do various activities I've been trying to park farther away from the event so that I can get some walking in. This week I am going to focus on drinking more water and getting rid of the Pepsi and hopefully, cutting back on the energy drinks. I am going to the market today to see what I can find for fruits and veggies to incorporate into my meals and snacks.
189.8 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 59.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I can't seem to find the recipe or nutritional info for Tully's Good Times restaurant in New York... my calories would be up higher around 700 calories had i been able to track that. other than that, im doing well today i think.

Remember you need protein. Soy protein powder often used by body builders gives you a good supplementayr

Remember you need protein! Soy protein powder sold in health food stores and used by body builders is a good vegetarian protein source you will like. Stevia is a great sugar substitute. You can sub the soy protein powder for milk on your cereal. Very little sodium. Very few calories. 20 g protein per serving from the soy. No sugar. Is this a wonderful world?
