I bought a new scale after my old scale's inconsistent reading a few weeks ago. Waited a bit to make sure my readings every week are now consistent. I feel confident with this number and glad I finally have a good starting point.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
