Trying to eat less carbs, but it is hard ! ! My down fall is BREAD, and I love rolls, DONUTS,ECT. Nattybun

I had the same issue. I tried keto for 2 weeks, even went through the keto flu and lost 5 pounds in a week, mostly water. I just couldn't keep it up. I missed carbs too much and was very unhappy. I count calories now. I'm much happier and having some success. Keep trying different woe ( way of eating) till you find what works for you and is sustainable. That's what matters. You still have to live your life, yes?

I don't do keto but you can have carbs I eat 20 to 30 and work in what I want that way. Good luck agree Teskandar calorie counting works for me.

Wheat Belly has a lot of great recipes for breads, rolls, cookies etc. No need to suffer like that. What helped me was to focus on finding great replacement recipes. Two years now. I loved a saying I heard when I first started this woe - "If you have to exercise to lose weight - you are eating wrong" Ha ha works for me. Best Wishes

Well, it'Nattybun,4-22-18. I am sad today the laws 3 wks I have gained 1-3 lbs. I have anxiety , so this doesn't help. But I find that keeping busy, I like to color, and writing, and most of all I clean ! That's pretty weird. So as of today chin up focus on my accomplishes, and be proud of your self. Nattybun
