OK, back on track...

OK, maybe not quite that, but any loss for me is a good loss, i miss that 205 mark i hit,once...seems a life time ago.

exercise journal looks pathetic when factoring in sitting in my cube working at the computer...I need more sleep too.
237.0 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
